Delete your account

In the Univerze app

If you are signed in on web or mobile, open Settings, scroll to Danger zone, then choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps in the dialog. You must be signed in as the account holder.

On the web app, Settings is available at /home/settings.

By email

You can also request account deletion or ask questions about your data by contacting us at support@univerze.app. Please send the request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.

What happens next

After we process a verified request, we will close your account and delete or anonymize your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including limited retention where required for backups, logs, billing, or law.

Resolve active subscriptions or payouts in Payments & billing in Settings before deleting your account when applicable.
