By accessing, browsing, or using our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the 'Services'), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and Univerze regarding your use of the platform.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of our Services.

To access certain features of Univerze, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated at all times.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials. Any activities or actions under your account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you have authorized them. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches regarding your account.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, code, algorithms, design systems, logos, graphics, and text, are the exclusive property of Univerze or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for authorized professional use.

You retain all ownership rights to any content, text, portfolios, or images you upload or post ('User Content'). However, by uploading User Content, you grant Univerze a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, store, copy, display, distribute, and modify your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting our Services.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited actions include: uploading harmful code, malware, or viruses; scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from the platform without authorization; impersonating other individuals or providing false credentials; and engaging in harassment, hate speech, or abuse.

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor, review, or remove User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the community.

Certain features of the Services, such as premium recruiter workspaces or advanced freelancer tools, may require payment of subscription fees. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method (e.g., credit card via Stripe) on a recurring basis as disclosed during subscription.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your settings page, and you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. Except as explicitly stated in our refund policy or required by law, all payments are non-refundable.

Univerze is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Univerze, its affiliates, directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services for any reason, including if we believe you have breached these Terms of Service.

You may delete your account at any time through your settings page. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately expire, and provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, liability limitations, and governing law) will remain in effect.
