Development
Need something the product does not ship yet? We build branded landing experiences, integrations, and custom workflows so Univerze fits how your school or company already operates.
Why this exists
Schools and companies rarely want a generic shell. They want Univerze to look like them, talk to their ATS or LMS, and follow the workflow their staff already use. Development is scoped engineering for that — not an open-ended agency retainer.
We start with the job to be done, then agree a build plan, timeline, and handoff. You get something operators can use, with a Univerze engineering contact through launch.
This is not “we will add features forever in Slack.” If the product already does the job (App Builder, school landing pages, recruiter tools), we will point you there. We build when those tools are not enough, or when you need a system-to-system connection.
Typical work: a branded school or employer experience, an apply flow that lands in your ATS, a webhook or data sync, a small operator tool your staff will click every day. Large multi-year platforms are a different conversation — we will say if that is not us.
Problems we solve
Brand stuck on a default template
Students bounce because it does not feel like your school or company. We build the experience to match how you already show up.
Double entry between tools
Staff copy candidates from Univerze into an ATS or LMS. We connect the systems so status is not a spreadsheet.
A workflow the product does not have yet
Your operators have a real step the UI cannot do. We scope a thin build instead of a fake workaround.
Launches that never ship
Open tickets, no date. We work in slices with a launch window and a written out-of-scope list.
Who it's for
Universities and school admins
Branded landing pages, student onboarding, and connections to the systems your campus already runs.
Employers and recruiters
Career sites, apply flows, and ATS integrations so candidates do not live in a side spreadsheet.
Product and ops teams
Automations and partner tools that sit on Univerze instead of another disconnected portal.
IT and integration owners
You need a contract, environments, and a handoff your team can maintain — not a mystery Zap that one vendor owns.
What you get
Custom integrations
Connect Univerze to your ATS, CRM, LMS, or internal tools so people, jobs, and status stay in one place. We document the contract so your team can maintain it.
Branded experiences
School and employer pages, landing flows, and onboarding that match your brand — colors, voice, and structure — not a default template with a logo stuck on.
Product and workflow builds
Scoped features and automations designed with the people who will click them every day, then handed off with a short operating note.
Technical partner support
A written build plan, timeline, and Univerze engineering contact from kickoff through launch. Scope changes are explicit, not silent.
Data and handoff docs
Fields, events, and failure cases written down. Your IT team should be able to explain the integration without calling us first.
Launch window
Go-live support and a short warranty-style fix window. After that, new ideas are a new scope — not an endless ticket pile.

How it works
Scope
We write down the problem, users, must-haves, and what is out of scope. You get an estimate and a suggested sequence.
Design
Flows and brand treatment you can react to before we build. Integrations get a simple contract: what goes in, what comes out.
Build
Engineering in agreed slices so you can see progress. You get check-ins, not a black box until the due date.
Launch
Handoff, a short runbook, and a window of launch support. After that, further work is a new scope — not an endless ticket pile.
First 90 days
Scope week
Users, must-haves, systems, and a date. If it is not a fit, we stop before anyone writes a long statement of work.
Build weeks
Slices you can click. Integrations get a staging check. Brand work gets a review against your guidelines.
Launch
Go-live, runbook, and a short fix window. We book a close-out so leftover ideas become a new, priced scope.
Who does what
You bring
- The job to be done and who will use it every day
- Access or a technical owner for any system we must connect
- Brand guidelines if the work is user-facing
- A decision-maker who can accept a slice as “done”
We bring
- Univerze product and engineering context
- A scoped plan, estimate, and sequence
- Build, check-ins, and launch support
- Docs your team can maintain after we leave
What you walk away with
- A scoped build with a date, not an open Slack channel
- Branding and workflows that match how your team already works
- Integrations documented so you are not locked to one person
- Launch support, then a clean handoff
- A written out-of-scope list so the project cannot quietly grow
Questions
Is this the same as the in-app app builder?
No. App Builder and related tools are self-serve product features. Development is custom work when you need something those tools do not cover.
Can you work from our design system?
Yes. Bring brand guidelines, components, or examples. If you do not have them, we will propose a Univerze-native look that still feels like you.
How do we start?
Talk to sales with the problem, the system you need to connect, and a rough deadline. We will tell you if it is a fit before anyone writes a statement of work.
Do you keep building after launch?
Only if we agree a new scope. Launch support is a defined window. That is on purpose — so the project actually ends.
What stack do you use?
We stay inside how Univerze is already built unless the integration requires your side’s API. We will not introduce a random extra platform you have to staff.
Can this include hiring or ads?
The build can support those flows (apply, tracking). Running campaigns or a hiring program is a different service. Sales can combine them in one conversation.
Ready to talk through development?
Tell us the outcome and timing. We will say if this service is the right fit, or suggest a mix with the others.
